EXCHANGE POLICY

PROSEDUR PENUKARAN BARANG

  1. Penukaran barang dapat dilakukan untuk ukuran, model, dan warna yang berbeda tergantung ketersediaan stok. Anda dapat menanyakan ketersediaan stok yang diinginkan melalui email customer_care@kurniacg.com atau WhatsApp +628119133807.
  2. Penukaran barang dilakukan dengan menginformasikan terlebih dulu ke PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang (PT KCG) melalui email atau WhatsApp, dalam jangka waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak barang diterima Pelanggan.
  3. Barang yang akan ditukar atau dikirimkan kembali harus masih dalam kondisi baru dengan kemasan/ kotak original dan struk pembayaran dari PT KCG, serta merupakan barang non-diskon.
  4. Penukaran barang juga dapat dilakukan di gerai PEDRO terdekat dengan menyerahkan struk pembelian barang dari PT KCG.
  5. Biaya pengembalian untuk penukaran barang ditanggung oleh Pelanggan, sedangkan biaya pengiriman kembali ditanggung oleh PT KCG. Kami mengajurkan untuk melakukan penukaran produk di toko untuk menghindari biaya pengiriman.

METODE PENUKARAN

MELALUI TOKO FISIK
Anda dapat membawa faktur pembelian dan produk dalam kondisi aslinya, kemasan dan label asli ke salah satu toko PEDRO Indonesia.
Pihak toko akan mengonfirmasi dan memproses penukaran produk secara langsung.
MELALUI CUSTOMER SERVICE

Langkah 1
Hubungi Customer Service via WhatsApp +628119133807.

Langkah 2
Setelah menerima konfirmasi pengembalian barang di WhatsApp, kemas barang ke dalam kemasan aslinya dan pastikan labelnya utuh.

Langkah 3
Kemas produk ke daelam kemasan asli. Serahkan produk penukaran Anda ke toko terdekat atau kirim melalui kurir (Biaya pengembalian barang akan ditanggung oleh Pelanggan).

Langkah 4
Anda akan kami kirimkan notifikasi melalui WhatsApp setelah paket diterima dan diproses oleh tim kami.

Langkah 5
Kami akan mengirimkan produk pengganti kepada Anda. Biaya pengiriman penukaran produk ditanggung oleh PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang.

Langkah 1
Hubungi Customer Service kami di WhatsApp +628119133807 untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai metode pengembalian.

Langkah 2
Setelah menerima konfirmasi pengembalian barang di WhatsApp, kemas barang ke dalam kemasan aslinya dan pastikan labelnya utuh.

Langkah 3
Serahkan produk penukaran Anda ke Indomaret terdekat (Biaya pengembalian barang akan ditanggung oleh Pelanggan).

Langkah 4
Anda akan diberitahu melalui WhatsApp setelah paket diterima dan diproses oleh tim kami.

Langkah 5
Untuk penukaran produk, produk akan dikirim ke alamat yang telah Anda tentukan. Biaya pengiriman penukaran barang ditanggung oleh PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Exchange is only allowed for size, model and color depending on stock availability. Customer may inquire stock availability of the desired product via email customer_care@kurniacg.com or WhatsApp +628119133807.
  2. Exchange are accepted if customer notify PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang (PT KCG) in advance via email or WhatsApp within 30 (thirty) days since the products are received by the Customer. Returned item without notification will not be accepted.
  3. Product to be exchanged or returned must be in new condition with all the original packaging / box and receipt of payment from PT KCG, and are non-discounted products.
  4. Once we have received your returned product, we shall notify you to your email or WhatsApp and proceed to exchange the product.
  5. Exchanges can also be made at the nearest PEDRO store by submitting original receipt from PT KCG.
  6. Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by customers, while return shipping costs are borne by PT KCG. Exchange is encouraged to be conducted in store to avoid shipping charges.

VIA PHYSICAL STORE
Bring your original receipt together with the product(s) in its original condition, original packaging, and original tags.
You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s).
VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

Step 1

Step 2
You will receive confirmation and further information on your request from the customer service team.

Step 3
Pack the item(s) into the original packaging. Drop off you parcel at your nearest retail store or sent back via courier (shipping costs borne by customer).

Step 4
You will be notified via WhatsApp once the parcel has been received and processed by our team.

Step 5
For exchange of item(s), it will be send to your indicated address. The shipping cost for exchange will be borne by PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang.

VIA INDOMARET

Step 1
WhatsApp +628119133807 to reach out to our Customer Service on the method of return request.

Step 2
Upon receiving confirmation on the return of item(s) on WhatApp, pack the item(s) into the original packaging and ensure labels are intact.

Step 3
You may then drop off your parcel at your nearest Indomaret. The cost for return of item(s) will be borne by customer.

Step 4
You will be notified via WhatsApp once the parcel has been received and processed by our team.

Step 5
For exchange of item(s), it will be send to your indicated address. The shipping cost for exchange will be borne by PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang.
